class descriptions
 
Daybreak Yoga (All Levels)
is an eclectic practice suitable for all levels of experience and abilities. This early morning class will help to energize and awaken the body. The perfect way to start your day!

Tight Cowboys Yoga (All Levels)
is a class for those tight guys (tight cowgirls are also welcome!) Focusing on yoga basics for those tight areas: specifically the low back, hips & shoulders. This class will help ease discomfort and tightness, adn increase flexibility and stamina.

Golden Yoga (All Levels)
is a gentle class focused on the senior population, but all are welcome. Class is primarily mat based & prop assisted. Focus is on a restorative practice, helping to ease tension & increase balance and clarity.

Yin Yoga (All Levels)
is a quiet practice that is mat based. The poses are carried out with the muscles relaxed rather than engaged, taking it deep into the connective tissue and joints. Calming and therapeutic, this class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation.

Yoga Basics (Level 1)
is an introductory class for students that are new to yoga. This class focuses on strengthening the body, easing tension, and increasing flexibility. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the poses, and also introduces linking breath with movement for the start of a vinyasa practice.

Vinyasa Flow / Happy Hour Vinyasa (Level 1-2)
is designed for those who prefer a slightly more vigorous practice than Level 1. This moderately paced practice introduces linking together postures with breath. Intermediate poses are introduced, building strength, flexibility, and concentration.

Modified Ashtanga (Level 1-2)

is an introduction to a variety of postures in the First Series of Ashtanga Yoga in addition to Sunrise Salutations. This class will build heat and strength in the body. Suitable for all levels of experience with Ashtanga Yoga.

Strong Vinyasa (Level 2-3)
is an energetic flow style of yoga that links the breath together with movement, offering a balance of strength, flexibility and endurance. Advanced postures are introduced. Be prepared to sweat!

Community Yoga
(All Levels)
this class was created to encourage those on a budget, or just wanting to give yoga a try, the ability to enjoy the benefits of the practice at a discounted rate.
