TANDEM PARTNER YOGA WORKSHOP!
COMING SATURDAY OCTOBER 2, 2010
from 12:30 to 2:30 pm
This is a 2 hour workshop that will include over 40 different partners' yoga poses. This workshop will be lead by yoga instructors Julie Reinhart, RYT and Jeff Van Cott, RYT. This is a great way to deepen your practice, have fun and build trust with your partner! Great for friends, family and couples! This workshop is designed for partners, however interested individuals may leave their names with us and we will attempt to pair them up with other individuals.

Registration $55 per tandem pair.

2010 OJAI YOGA CRIB PILGRIMAGE
Kari will be leading a pilgrimage to her home town and back to her 'peeps' at the Ojai Yoga Crib in October 2010.
The CRIB will take place October 22-24 2010.
