FOR THOSE WITH THE INTENTION TO TEACH OR NOT, OUR PROGRAM WILL ALLOW YOU TO DIVE DEEP INTO THE PRACTICE AND EVEN DEEPER INTO YOU. TOGETHER WE WILL EXPLORE THE INNER REALM AS WELL AS THE BEAUTY THAT SURROUNDS US IN CENTRAL OREGON, WHILE STUDYING THE HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY OF YOGA, THE ANATOMY AND ENERGETICS OF THE BODY, AND THE SCIENCE AND ART OF THE PRACTICE.

Sunday mornings from 8:30-10:00 am


“Zazen” simply means “seated meditation”—there is nothing to believe in, and nothing special to do or be. We simply sit down on a cushion and learn to pay attention to what is going on. It's also OK to sit in a chair. Two 25 minute sits with a 5 minute walking meditation (kinhin) between. Guidance on sitting meditation practice is available and newcomers are welcome.
