  • Can I register for multiple classes at once?
    For now, you can only register for one class at a time. 

  • Is there a difference between the calendar and list version of the schedule?
    Nope. You can use whichever you prefer.

  • I don't see the correct information in my account?
    You might have multiple accounts based on multiple different email addresses, or your new account might not have merged with your historical studio account. If you need help, let us know and we can take a look.

  • I purchased a class pass, but it's not showing up in my account? 
    Your account and your class pass account are matched by your name and email address. If your first name, last name, and/or email address aren't exactly the same for both accounts, there could be a delay of up to 48 hours. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Is there an App I can download?
    Almost! We are currently working on an iOS app. For now, you can bookmark this site or your account homepage to make it easy to get back to. Also, when you sign in to your account, you can select "Remember Me" so your information will pre-populate next time you visit.

  • What is Punchpass? Is my information secure?
    Punchpass is the software Life.Love.Yoga. uses to run our business. It's used by hundreds of companies in 50+ countries around the world. Your information is completely secure is not used by Punchpass in any way.

  • What is a class pass?
    Pre-purchased class credits. Think of it as an electronic punch pass. Transactions are managed through Square and applied to your account. 

  • Are class passes refundable?
    No, but can be transferred to another student.


  • Where do I find the link to join an online class?
    The link is included on the registration confirmation page, your confirmation email, and your reminder email. Click whenever it's time for class to begin.

  • Are the online classes live or pre-recorded?
    All of our online classes are live-streamed. Class formats are the same as when we're in the studio, but you get to enjoy the experience from the comfort of your own home.

  • Do I need to do anything for the ZOOM link to work?
    If you choose, you can download the free ZOOM app to your device and get a free account. The app helps to minimize internet issues. However, it's not necessary. When it's time to join the class, click on the link in your email and you'll be given an option to join from your browser without installing anything on your device.
