Where is your boutique studio located?

Our boutique studio is located on private, rural property 10 minutes from downtown Sisters, OR. We are half- way between the towns of Sisters and Tumalo. The exact address will be sent to you once you register for an in person class and receive your email confirmation.  There is plenty of parking on site!

​I don't see the correct information in my student account?
You might have multiple accounts based on multiple different email addresses, or your new account might not have merged with your historical studio account. If you need help, let us know and we can take a look!

I purchased a class pass, but it's not showing up in my account? 
Your life.love.yoga account and your class pass account are matched by your name and email address. Often the software is not automatic, so there may be a delay in the assignment of your account. Please give yourself plenty of time before class begins if you need to purchase a class pass. If your first name, last name, and/or email address aren't exactly the same for both accounts, there could be a longer delay of up to 48 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, or if your pass has not shown up within 48 hours.

What is Punchpass? Is my information secure?
Punchpass is the software Life.Love.Yoga. uses to run our business. It's used by hundreds of companies in 50+ countries around the world. Your information is completely secure is not used by Punchpass in any way.

• What is a class pass?
  Pre-purchased class credits. Think of it as an electronic punch pass. Credit card transactions are managed through Square and applied to your life.love.yoga. student account via Punchpass
  

• Are class passes refundable?
  No, but class passes can be transferred to another life.love.yoga student.

• Where do I find the link to join an online class?
  The link is included on the registration confirmation page, your confirmation email, and your reminder email. Click whenever it's time for class to begin

• What is your in person class cancellation policy?
  In person classes at our boutique studio are limited to 6 students per class, and fill up quickly. As such, many classes have students on the waiting list. PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR IN PERSON CLASSES AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE CLASS TO NOT BE CHARGED A LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW FEE AND ALLOW OTHER STUDENTS TO ATTEND CLASS. 

• Are the online classes live or pre-recorded?
  All of our online classes are live-streamed. Class formats are the same as when we're in the studio, but you get to enjoy the experience from the comfort of your own home. You can access other pre-recorded classes with Kari Sims Anthon at www.yogaanytime.com.
