YOGA THERAPY

1:1 YOGA THERAPY

If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 Yoga Therapy might be the right fit for you.

All yoga is therapeutic; however, private yoga therapy uses the eight-limbed system of yoga as a holistic approach to your physical, mental, and spiritual health and wellness.

Kari Sims Anthon C-IAYT, ERYT 500 is a Certified Yoga Therapist, and often works in conjunction with and as a compliment to your other health care providers.  Yoga Therapists complete a specific, comprehensive training to gain the necessary skills to read and understand your medical diagnosis, are familiar with a broad range of physical and mental health conditions, and have the knowledge of what yoga practices to prescribe relevant to any particular diagnosis.

The postures and practices are customized to your ability, comfort, condition, injury, illness, and therapeutic needs. Yoga therapy is not only for those with a specific injury or illness; but is also beneficial for those who may want to dive deeper into their practice with focused, one-on-one attention with a Yoga Therapist.

Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes and run from $90-$125.

Please let us know when booking your private yoga therapy session if you would like to use the sauna before or after your private lesson.

Why Infrared vs. Traditional Saunas?
Unlike traditional saunas, which rely on heat to warm the air and your body, infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat your body. This unique heating method offers a number of advantages over traditional saunas that make them a better choice for many people
